Our visit to Boston was full of unforgettable moments, blending history, adventure, and family fun. We explored the Boston Tea Party Museum, where we even re-enacted a piece of history by throwing tea crates into the Boston Harbor! We walked part of the famous Freedom Trail, walked aboard the USS Constitution ("Old Ironsides" - the world's oldest commissioned warship still afloat), and enjoyed the magical Boston Lights display at the zoo. Emily and I learned about U.S. history in a classroom setting — it was such a joy to see our girls learning about important events in the very places they happened. The girls were surprised at how fun and interactive the USS Constitution museum was - they actually loved it. There were so may hands-on experiences for them to play with and learn from. We also visited the Stone Zoo, adding some animal adventures to our historic journey. These photos capture so many of the special memories we made along the way. Boston was surprisingly fun, beautiful, and engaging for our whole family.
***If you have followed our story, you might know that Corabelle is our main photographer but she lost her camera in DC. So during part of our Northeast tour, including Boston, she was snapping pictures on my old Sony Cybershot instead of her nice Canon.
