New Jersey

We stayed near Stockton and Frenchtown, New Jersey in a quiet, rural area along the Delaware River. One of our favorite parts of this stay was doing our morning jogs along the canal path, even jogging across the bridge to Pennsylvania some mornings. For our point of interest in New Jersey, we spent an afternoon at the Jersey Shore, visiting Asbury Park. We were there after Labor Day so it was very low key, but in the height of the season, it is a bustling boardwalk town, with venues like the Stone Pony drawing crowds from all over.
